Designed by Haley Sharpe Design, The World of Molecular Biology is an 800m² permanent exhibition that introduces visitors to the fascinating world of molecular science through interactive displays, large-scale projections and contemporary exhibition design.
MJS Group, as a sub-contractor, was responsible for the on-site installation of bespoke solid surface display furniture and feature setworks, as well as the on-site management and coordination of specialist trades involved in the exhibition installation. This included coordinating with AV specialists, showcase manufacturers, graphics suppliers and other specialist trades to ensure the various elements came together seamlessly on site. Achieving an immaculate finish was central to the project's success, with every component assembled to exacting standards. From seamless solid surface details to the integration of a striking 40m² LED display wall, the project required technical expertise, skilled craftsmanship and experienced on-site management. Delivered within a demanding international programme, the finished exhibition demonstrates MJS's ability to undertake complex museum installation packages where precision, quality and attention to detail are paramount. Careful on-site coordination with the main contractor, wider project team, suppliers and specialist trades ensured every element was installed to the required standard, creating a refined and engaging visitor experience that continues to inspire audiences today.
